Wine labels can be so cool, so beautiful, so elegant

01: Augmented Reality (AR)

Augmented reality (AR) is a technology that complements the real world through computer-generated images, sounds, or other sensory enhancements. It superimposes virtual information on the user's real environment through photoelectric display, interactive technology and computer graphics multimedia technology, so as to enhance the user's perception. AR has the characteristics of virtual-real combination, real-time interaction and three-dimensional registration, and can be applied to wine labels to increase anti-counterfeiting traceability, providing consumers with an interactive and immersive experience.For example, by scanning QR codes or specific patterns on wine labels, consumers can participate in virtual vineyard Tours, guided tastings, and insight into the winemaking process, all of which help to unlock the mysteries of wine.make it more deeply rooted in the people, bridge the distance between consumers and producers, and form a more knowledgeable and dedicated passionate community. This new communication and marketing tool opens up new possibilities for wine brands to stand out in an increasingly crowded and competitive market.

As shown in Figure 1, the back label of this wine adopts the waterless offset printing process, while increasing the anti-counterfeiting tracing function, the front spray tracing code, the back spray print digital verification code, superior code and superior code serial number, the four two-dimensional codes are interrelated to form a unified whole of mutual verification. Before printing, the face paper and substrate are stripped through the glue removal process, and the local glue is applied in the window opening position to facilitate the smooth unveiling of consumers after they get it.

02: Temperature change ink

Thermotropic ink is an ink that can change color according to temperature changes. When the ambient temperature reaches a specific threshold, the structure of the thermochromic pigment in the temperature variable ink will change, causing the ink color to change. This change is reversible, that is, when the temperature returns to the original state, the ink color will also return to the original state. Because the temperature variable ink has obvious color changes, it can intuitively reflect the temperature change, so it is more suitable for wine labels that need temperature indications.

As shown in Figure 2, the pattern part of the wine label is printed with temperature-varying ink. Under normal circumstances, the wine needs to be refrigerated at a temperature below 10℃ . At this time, the color of "horse" on the label is white. When the optimal drinking temperature is reached, the color of "horse" on the label will change from white to red , reminding consumers that it is most appropriate to enjoy at this time.

03: Texture bronzing

Texture gilding is a printing technology that transfers metal foil to the surface of the label by hot pressing, so that the surface of the label presents a metallic luster and texture effect, improving the beauty and added value of the product.

As shown in Figure 3, the wine label restores the hierarchical details of the text through the effect of concave and convex three-dimensional texture, and the relief plate of the bottom mold and the hot printing intaglio form a three-dimensional relief pattern, and the relief hot gold has clear depth and level and fine details.
