Cold stamping

The cold stamping process creates different effects of high gloss and matte on the surface of the printed material, offering contrast and strong adhesion. It also enhances the light resistance and oxidation resistance of the print. The process is precise, high-quality, and highly accurate, allowing for flexible and diverse printing forms. It is easier to achieve stamping before printing and supports the integration of multiple processes.

Hot stamping

The hot stamping process is precise, with clear and sharp edges, resulting in a high-quality printing effect and a strong metallic feel. It is suitable for a wide range of substrates and can be used for 3D stamping.

Gloss lamination

Gloss lamination is widely applicable and gives the product surface a bright, glossy, and expressive finish that enhances visual effects and improves the product's texture, making the print look luxurious and high-end. It also offers abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and moisture protection.

UV varnish

The UV varnish process covers the printed surface with a layer of transparent coating (UV varnish) to make the printed surface more shiny, smoother, more wear-resistant and more waterproof.

Convex varnish

Convex varnish is a special ink evolved from UV varnish with high concentration, high transparency and high expansion, which does not turn yellow after light curing. It is usually used in screen printing process to make the printed patterns and texts present a three-dimensional effect in vision and feel. It makes the surface of the printed product smoother, with a strong 3D effect and high wear resistance. The color is adjustable and supports line and flower printing.

Reverse UV varnish

The reverse UV process allows the printed surface to simultaneously have mirror-like high gloss, matte, or textured effects. It works particularly well on metallic substrates, with adjustable texture coarseness, enhancing the depth and sophistication of the print. Additionally, it offers light resistance, heat resistance, and moisture resistance.

Embossing

Embossing uses a pair of male and female dies with matching raised and recessed designs. The substrate is placed between them, and pressure is applied from the back of the paper to create a raised, embossed design on the surface.

Debossing

Debossing uses a pair of male and female dies with matching raised and recessed designs. The substrate is placed between them, and pressure is applied from the front of the paper to create a recessed pattern on the surface.

3D hot stamping

The templates for hot stamping and embossing are combined to make a positive and negative mold that bites up and down, so that the hot stamping and embossing processes can be completed at one time, and the hot stamping area can form raised or sunken patterns.

Hot stamping

Matte lamination involves applying a matte film on the product surface to alter the gloss and light reflectivity of the printed surface, resulting in a natural, high-end, and textured appearance. It offers good durability and corrosion resistance, with minimal impact on the colors of the print, and is environmentally friendly.
